A few months ago we were shopping at the grocery store (we as in Eric, Aiden dressed as a fireman, Lily dressed as a princess and me!) We got to the produce section and Aiden starts running. He grabs a head of broccoli and with his plastic fireman helmet and little fireman coat Aiden said in the sweetest voice “Mommy, we get broccoli pleeeeeease!”. Of course I said yes!
It’s his favorite food! He even has a t-shirt to prove it, and sometimes it’s hard to get it in the wash.
